Personal Empowerment • Building Community

Feel The Rhythm Drum Circles offer Health and Wellness programs in the Okanagan Valley.

Drumming is an exciting activity that grounds us in the present moment and nurtures our mind, body and spirit. It is here we truly experience who we are. When we drum with others, we connect with the group and the group bonds as a community.

Jim Copeman of Feel The Rhythm Drum Circles uses drumming as a holistic approach to health and wellness. It is not just an empowering experience for the individual, but also creates a community where we support each other.

"When I bring drums into a community, I want to create a safe environment for everyone to express themselves".
